In my twenty something years in this world, I have experienced shitloads of bullshit, the good thing about me, aside from my many many many maaaany talents is, I have a high tolerance to bullshit.I am not calling myself a pushover, but I can relinquish having an upper hand in the immediate if having it disadvantages me in my future endavours, sometimes, you win by losing. This however doesn’t spill over to the government,with this WSR government I can’t take it anymore, we want accountability and we want it NOW.
These are a tad bit too many curse words for an opening paragraph but my advantage is I am not governed by any journalism ethics and pretense morality,with all honesty fuck everyone that has made me this way.Fuck William Ruto,fuck Osama Otero,fuck the government, fuck the political elites, fuck everyone that has been in a position to do right by their people but instead decided to enrich themselves and squander communal resources. For as long as I can remember, I have lost. Truly, that’s how much loss has pushed me to the edge, I am no longer suspectible to emotions or feelings, I understand life is transactional and the concept of give to take rules this godforsaken world.To me, loyalty and pure intentions mean everything, having my back is worth more than a “I love you, tumetenga, tutafanya“,bro fuck you and shut the fuck up.

I am writing this piece at 3am thinking about how far (or near) I have come and everything I have lost on the way .I lost two grandparents within a quarter annum and that shit fucked me up, lost an uncle maybe two months after,I even fumbled the love of my life and lost her too, and then at the climax of it all, I lost myself.
I am not seeking sympathy, heck if you are sympathetic to me I would probably laugh at you because I ain’t a good person dawg. In this moment and time, I don’t feel much, maybe pain after paying 500 bob for a bottle of Heineken in a pub, bar that (pun intended) I only care about less and less of what is none of my business.Now that we are here, my business is PR and A&R , I am in the music business (check out 1978 Arts on all socials).I probably have just a few people whose opinion on my actions matter, not because the rest of you aren’t important but because everyone has shit going on it really doesn’t matter.

How many times in the news have I seen Billions embezzled in EVERY sector of the Kenyan government? How many times have I watched people around me dissapointed for placing their belief,trust and support on the wrong horse? The funny part is you never know you bet on the wrong horse until the “horse“ eats to it’s fill, forgets and it moos,all this time,kumbe you bet on a cow. The government right now is a collection of smart idiots trying everything they can to surpress the voices of reason. Kenya ukiwa mjanja shida yako, gava either ikununue ama ikuue, na hio hata sio siri.
Kenya is a capitalist nation, we are here for the hustle, it’s either we win or nothing. This mentality has shaped our new generation in ways the former generations can not even fathom.Their biggest mistake was taking us to school, tumesoma bana acheni mchezo. The GenZ protests have since shown that WE are not here for a good time but a long time, hii Kenya ni yetu bana and nobody can tunya us.Jomo Kenyatta was a sellout but a learned one, he exploited the uneducated MauMau badly, however, Independence was attained anyway, we are not going to help build another Kenyatta family, hio moja imetosha.

Normally I rant about music and art in general but today, I want to ask you my dear reader to give a fuck about our country, our governance,OUR LIVES. If you have not had the chance to protest on the street, make noise online for us, we need it. If you people (US) knew half the shit going on in government you would literally flip.Let us fight for what is ours, our land ,our country. RUTO MUST GO is not just a hashtag, It’s a wake up call to the political elites to tell them that the time for political mystery is over, now we must be present or else they go home.People were killed and dumped in a quarry, do y’all have any idea how diabolical that is?
If you read the Auditor Generals report on the fiscal years 2022-2024 budgets, I bet you will get more angry, the amount of wastage and funds haemmorage happening in the country requires one to do just that, give a fuck. Come out and protest for good governance, come out and shout for a better Kenya for our Kids, we will have kids guys right? I mean not me but you guys will right? We are fighting for those kids.
